Question: Will the police station be sold and funds diverted to acquire the church?

Now, that planning permission for this purpose has been refused, the Iron Aid committee has a responsibility to carefully consider the best possible outcome that favours the community.

Whether it involves selling the building or exploring alternative plans, the committee understands that this decision cannot be made hastily. The committee is fully aware of the community’s investment and will ensure that any future actions align with the community’s best interests.

We appreciate your patience and trust as we navigate through this process and work towards securing a suitable place for our community.

Question: Is the congregation so big that we need two halls to accommodate them? Even if we are looking to future expansion, does it justify present financial commitment?

Having multiple halls provides us with the necessary capacity to accommodate the congregation comfortably, ensuring that everyone can participate in our gatherings and events. It allows us to cater to our current members and plan for future expansion to accommodate our growing community.

Additionally, the larger space offers opportunities to generate income by hosting various events and activities. This will help us repay qard e hasna and create a more inclusive environment for everyone.
